For personal information available on Samtrafiken's website, in Trafiklab, newsletters, invitations to conferences and events, travel proposals sent via SMS or e-mail from Resrobot, Samtrafiken is responsible for personal information.
Personal data assistant
Samtrafiken is also involved in several services where we are not responsible for personal data. Examples of such services are:
- Booking of assistance. Jernhusen is responsible for personal data.
- Booking a ticket - Resplus or Förköpt Enkel - via one of Samtrafiken's partner companies. The public transport operator or selling party is the Person responsible for personal data.
- Cases concerning compensation for delay that are handled by one of Samtrafiken's partner companies. The managing party is the person responsible for personal data.
In these cases, Samtrafiken is the Personal Data Assistant. If you are looking for information about which personal data is stored in the services where Samtrafiken is the Personal Data Assistant, you must contact the party who is responsible for personal data. The responsible party will in turn contact Samtrafiken to complete their picture of your personal information.
The purposes of our treatment
The overall purpose of our processing of your personal data is to be able to administer access to and use of our services.

Samtrafiken will need to secure your identity in contact regarding your personal information. The purpose is to prevent harm to you and to protect your rights. Depending on what the contact refers to, we may therefore require that you can prove your identity in an appropriate way. When you contact us, Samtrafiken will save information about you that is necessary to resolve your case. This can, for example, be your contact information.
