Example with multiple travelers
Logic for displaying the number of travelers within each traveler category.

Additional information in the itinerary and on tickets
When there are ticket texts or traffic information in text form, the information should be clearly displayed in both Swedish and English, both in the itinerary and on tickets.
Neutral information (green or blue box)
Important information, but no deviation from the planned traffic delivery. For example, additional information about onboard catering, stops for express or replacement buses, as well as demand-responsive transport that needs to be pre-booked
.
Deviation that does not require rebooking (yellow box)
Important information that affects the traveler but means the itinerary is still intact. For example, delays, platform changes, relocated stops, different vehicle types, lack of wheelchair space or onboard catering, or temporarily canceled stations or stops.
Deviation that requires action (red box)
Important information that affects the traveler to the extent that rebooking or cancellation action is required. For example, canceled departures on all or part of the route.
Ticket texts and traffic information via API
The texts shown here are examples. Depending on the type of text, they are retrieved as "ticket texts" from Samtrafiken ACCESS or as traffic information via API from, for example, Trafikverket.
